The TheraPaws Wellbeing Hub is a welcoming community space in Bedwas where people can connect, relax and improve their wellbeing in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
Our hub has been created to provide preventative, non-clinical wellbeing support for people experiencing loneliness, social isolation, stress, anxiety, bereavement, life changes or simply a need for connection with others.
Whether you would like to join a group activity, enjoy a chat over a cup of tea/coffee, spend time with our wellbeing support dogs, or access one-to-one wellbeing support, we are here to help.
The Wellbeing Hub provides a range of wellbeing activities designed to support emotional, social and psychological wellbeing, including:

Human and pet loss grief support
Creative wellbeing activities
Relaxation and mindfulness sessions

Chair yoga and gentle wellbeing activities
Nature-based wellbeing programmes

No formal diagnosis is required to access our wellbeing services.
